We are asking you to join us on April 10, 2010 to support the Project U.S. Weaving of the Ribbons Walk in walking as one, supporting one another, acknowledging all our "ribbons," and connecting the passionate people behind so many worthy causes. By becoming a walker, you are helping to sustain services for 21 organizations in your community. This is a walk like no other!

Volunteer Dream Team

Project U.S. depends on volunteers like you to recruit sponsors, individual walkers and teams as well as organize the event to make it a success! We need passionate neighbors to contribute their valuable time by serving on our Event Volunteer Dream Team.

When the day our walkers have been waiting for finally arrives, there are many ways you can help as an integral part of the Weaving of the Ribbons walk, including:

Check-in Area

• Welcome the walkers
• Help them check in
• Distribute T-shirts
• Get everyone going in the right direction

Rest Stop

• Serve refreshments
• Offer assistance
• Provide support to walkers

Finish Line

• Serve refreshments
• Cheer walkers
• Greet walkers as they cross the finish line
